Lila Green est une showgirl qui travaille pour Madame Olga. Lorsque son petit ami, Rick, s'enfuit avec l'argent du show, Madame Olga laisse partir Lila. Elle décide de reprendre une vie normale et trouve refuge chez d'anciens voisins ,Helen Baird et son fils adolescent, Kenny. Tout ce passe bien jusqu'à ce que Lila and Kenny éprouvent une attirance l'un envers l'autre.
